Chioma Mgbeadichie is a seasoned General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Board Advisor, renowned for her expertise in the Banking, Financial, Legal, and Food and Beverage sectors. With a profound focus on Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Risk Management Advisory, Chioma brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.

Educated at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Anambra State, Nigeria, where she attained a Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2014, Chioma’s academic foundation is complemented by a Masters’ degree in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University, Wales, United Kingdom in 2017.

Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in December 2015, she has since dedicated herself to fostering corporate excellence through best practices, ensuring optimal profitability for her clients.
